Optimize Planning Using Customer-Specific Inventory Insights
Newsletter: December 2025
Areté has just released several new application features designed to make planning as smooth and efficient as possible! Our latest release debuts a new Avail11 feature to edit, view, and import inventory by Customer Location, granting users improved visibility of Customer-specific inventory level.
In Prevail11 we have added a new Adjustment Box feature which enables multi-cell adjustments in all forecast editors. This means that Planners can easily adjust forecasts across multiple cells using just a few mouse clicks!
Also in Prevail11, we have added a new feature that allows Planners to update forecasts directly on graphs in all forecast editors. Planners can simply drag and release forecast bars to adjust forecast values; these forecast changes are reflected instantly throughout editor grids and on graphs. We have also provided an option to revert any forecast graph change to prior value, if needed.
Areté LinkedIn followers have already seen a preview of all these new features, so click here to follow us on LinkedIn if you'd like to receive early updates on what is new in our tools!

Avail11 Planners now can import, review, and edit inventory by Customer Location, in addition to Company Location. The Avail11 Demand Forecast view has also been updated to display Recurring (forecast) and Occurring (order) demand for Customer Locations as well.
The Avail11 inventory upload parcel now includes a Customer Code field which enables upload of inventory data specific to Customer locations. Through this new feature, inventory within a Company warehouse that is reserved for a specific customer can be uploaded and managed effectively.
Within Avail11 Inventory functions and queries, a new Cust Loc field will be displayed that will contain the Customer Location for the data record. See examples of Cust Loc field display below:

Make Forecast Changes in Prevail11 using Interactive Graphs
Prevail11 planning is now easier than ever with a new option to adjust forecast values using bar graphs. Simply select a Graph grid forecast bar in any of the forecast editors to display a double-sided arrow which will enable forecast bar adjustments. Drag and release the arrow to adjust the forecast bar and value as required. Planners can then right-click to access options to Apply Pending Edits or Revert Pending Edits to cancel forecast adjustments.

Execute Multi-cell Updates using the Adjustment Box Feature
Now Prevail11 Planners can perform multi-cell value updates using the new adjustment box feature. To use this feature, simply select a set of cells (via Shift + select or Ctrl + select) and enter the desired aggregated adjustment amount. A Dialog box will display a preview of the adjusted amount, and after reviewing the adjustment value, Planners can then select OK to automatically apply the adjustment to the selected group of cells.
