Product Quarantine Functionality and Other New Updates!
Newsletter: February 2025
Effortlessly account for any Product Quarantine period with our New Quarantine Functionality
In the food and beverage industry, Quarantine refers to the strict isolation of specific products that require rigorous inspection and testing before release into the market. This is done to ensure that these products strictly adhere to the mandated public safety guidelines. If product Quarantine is required for your business, Areté Avail 11 features new functionality to account for inventory segregation and delayed market release in the Make and Deploy Editors.
Quarantine Functionality in Avail 11
The Edit Live Inventory Pivot lets users add Quarantined Products along with their Release Time, Hold Hours, and Hold Quantity. The Hold Status will show the real-time status of these products.

The Production runs in Edit Make now account for the Quarantine Period. The Quarantine Period is the white space which indicates the number of days the product is quarantined in the production run (Blue Line).

New, Easy and Streamlined Product and Material Sourcing

Avail 11's unique Sourcing Editor allows users to review each Scenario (Work Set) before finalizing and sending the output.
We have improved the process of adding a new item in the Sourcing Editor by automating the key routines. Adding a new item is now an easy 3 step process:

Our new update automatically pulls the latest sourcing records, synchronizes status of master data, generates live sourcing and recalculates load and delivery dates with high data accuracy.
