The Client Support Coordinator will be a member of the Areté
Customer Solutions Team. The goal of this team is to strategically
manage relationships with customers, optimize the value of
Areté solutions to the client, and help users effectively

Solutions Analyst
The Customer Solutions Analyst will support application functionality
by performing updates, providing consulting and training over
the phone, writing application specifications and user training
documentation as necessary, and proactively working with customers
to provide them with the services they require. Click

Solutions Implementation Specialist
The Customer Solutions Implementation Specialist will manage
customer relationships by supporting application functionality,
pursuing new business opportunities, providing consulting
and training, probing for process issues and opportunities
for process consulting, and proactively working with customers
to provide them with the services they require. This position
provides direct daily contact with our global client base.
