Software Product Manager

Customer Solutions Analyst
The goal of the Customer Solutions Team is to strategically manage Areté’s relationships with customers by ensuring that applications are running properly and that the user base has all tools needed to solve business problems being encountered in the field. The Customer Solutions Analyst will manage customer relationships by supporting application functionality, pursuing new business opportunities, providing consulting and training, probing for process issues and opportunities for process consulting, and proactively working with customers to provide them with the services they require. Software Engineer
Areté, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, specify & create SW apps. & to enhance/expand current functionality to spec. Job will entail researching/integrating new technologies & significant contribution to internal proprietary & open-source code base. Resp. incl.: migrating existing apps. onto SAP NetWeaver platform; designing/implementing web apps. using Java EE, Oracle, JBoss, Eclipse, XML, SVN technologies; migrating legacy apps. to Java EE platform; supporting/contributing to Swing-based open source project (EXPO). BS degree in Comp. Sci or Info. Sys. plus 1 yr of exp. or MS degree in Comp. Sci or Info. Sys. or equivalent*.
